In the area of real estate, BECO Group is renting out freehold apartments as well as student accommodation, luxury properties, office spaces, properties for education and retirement care as well as hotels. In our role as asset managers, we provide you with comprehensive services in the area of real estate investments and consultancy, including legal and tax consulting services and recruitment and allocation of personnel for your property.
In addition to the real estate sector, BECO Group is also interested in the commercial exchange between Germany and China and is supporting Chinese investors and students wanting to invest and realize their business plans in Germany. BECO is offering comprehensive services to protect our customer’s business interests and guarantee the efficacy of their investments.
Apart from the real estate business, BECO is interested in forward-looking investments, especially in the area of cutting-edge technology, renewable energy, environmental protection, medicine/pharma and AI. Our goal is to be part of any cutting-edge area and build up cooperations in this field.
