Legal consulting: In cooperation with our business partners, we offer extensive consulting about important legal questions regarding commercial endeavors in Germany that is tailor-made for Chinese companies. Design and revision of contracts, registration of trademarks and their protection, as well as questions concerning industrial and labor law are all areas in which we assist our customers. Our foremost goal is to avoid any legal dispute by taking preventative measures. If needed, we design association articles, bills of indictment and further legal and official papers for our customers’ needs and requirements. |

Tax consulting: The services we provide in cooperation with our business partners in the area of tax consulting include the setup of bookkeeping (containing payroll accounting, annual statements and tax return for business tax, occupational tax, value added tax etc). We analyze the impact of business decisions on tax payments and consult our customers about favorable investments.
In the future, our subsidiary in Beijing will offer respective legal and tax consulting to German companies who want to enter the Chinese market.
