Commercial Management

Letting of properties

Conclusion of individual and legally examined rental contracts by procuration of the owner. Independent execution of re-letting. Hand-over including the related documentation. All monetary transactions regarding the object’s taxes, fees and dues will be executed in an accountable and methodical manner with the latest technologies in data processing. Rent collection

The janitor and further service providers are managed and their performance is frequently checked by us. We carry out the whole process, starting with the assignment of tasks and ending with the acceptance of the work done.

Technical management

Regular inspection

We regularly inspect the condition of your real estate and the work of the service providers on site. We have a keen eye on the fundamental services, such as the monitoring of the waste disposal, cleanliness of staircase and corridor, integrity of the illumination and the condition of the green area.
