COLOGNE BOULEVARD

The project of cologne boulevard located at the Kölner Str. 33 in the city of Frechen, a city on the south west side of cologne.
 
This project located near the “Frechen Alten Bahnhof” (Frechen old railway station), which is a cultural relic protected by the local government. As a perfect located project, which is independently designed and developed by our company and at the same time with an appealing historical and humanistic background, people can see this also as a reflection of another project of BECO GmbH, the Elisabeth Boulevard, which is only five minutes walk from cologne Boulevard.
 
Cologne boulevard covers an area of 4,496 squares and a building area of 9,676.30 squares (include 1684,69 squares for Business and 3104,05 squares for living space.)
 
The project has three main buildings, in between there are two sub buildings connected to them. Through a logical and scientific designed way of constructing the building divided into two different functional sections: 35% of the floor area for commercial and the rest 65% for residential. An ideal place with elegant environment for living and at the same time fulfills the need for teaching and Training.
 
There are altogether 89 parking spaces in this Project, 43 of them in the underground parking lot and the rest 46 are on the ground. During the first phase of the construction process the road and the pavement are already being constructed. The second phase will be started between August and October. The whole building is scientifically divided into different functional sections, so that it fulfills the need for events like education, business activities and residential uses.
